By accessing and using Inner Power SG's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Inner Power SG provides spiritual leadership development services, including but not limited to meditation courses, mindfulness training, workshops, and retreats designed for business leaders in Singapore.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services, maintain the confidentiality of your account information, and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. Some programs may have additional eligibility requirements that will be specified in the program details.
All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment must be made in full before the commencement of any program unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the program start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after the program has commenced.
Our services are for personal and professional development purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.
All content, materials, and methodologies provided through our services are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Inner Power SG.
Inner Power SG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
